Holly's house is available for holiday bookings all year round based on a nightly rate shown below. The price is inclusive of central heating, electricity, fuel for the multi-fuel stove, welcome pack, Sky television, iPod hub/speakers, laundry (towels and bedlinen) and a selection of Arran Aromatic's toiletries. The price is exclusive of telephone charges which will be metered and are charged at the normal BT rates.

Bookings must be confirmed with a deposit of 20% of the total which is NON-refundable. The balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival, in the case of a cancellation after this time, your payment would also be NON-refundable. With this in mind we respectfully suggest you check your payment card insurance cover or take out Holiday Insurance to cover any losses.
If the booking is less than 30 days from your arrival the full amount would be taken on booking.
Unfortunately Holly's house is not suitable for children and we cannot accept pets.
