Holly's house is available for holiday bookings all year round based on a nightly rate shown below. The price is inclusive of central heating, electricity, fuel for the multi-fuel stove, welcome pack, Sky television, laundry (towels and bedlinen) and a selection of Arran Aromatic's toiletries. The price is exclusive of telephone charges which will be metered and are charged at the normal BT rates.

Bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the
total with the balance due 30 days in advance of the start of your holiday.
Late payment may result in your booking being voided and your deposit lost.
If the booking is less than 30 days from the start of your holiday then
booking can only be confirmed when the full amount is paid.
Unfortunately Holly's house is not suitable for children and we cannot
accept pets.

We recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance.
